The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in a venue mutually agreed upon, or if no agreement is reached, in New York, New York. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
4. Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles.
5. Attorney Fees: The prevailing party in any arbitration or litigation shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.
